The unusual task - the table and files with images

Actually, it is given:
There is a table, with three columns - the nomenclature - the code - model ((a column "nomenclature" as a matter of fact, carries purely information character)
The code in everyone to a line unique, and here model can repeat much many times.
Is as a folder with the images which names in accuracy coincide with names in a column "model".
That is necessary:
It is necessary to receive files of pictures with titles in the form of "code". And, these files it becomes natural more since with the name of models it is less than unique pictures.
I do not know, how it to make easier. Can it makes sense to load at first these pictures in the table and then to draw out them line by line, exposing correspondence with a column "Code" and saving such name, or to do it without import to an ex-fur-tree - other methods....
The Main subsequent purpose:
Rummaged all Internet in search of a method of import of images from a local folder in 1 on a title of a file for the accessory "model" - did not find. Found only import on the code or the article. But since articles are not at everything, has been decided to leave import on the code.
